Dear RC46 Members:

In advance of the IPSA World Congress in Buenos Aires I attach here the agenda for the RC46 Business Meeting.  The meeting is being held in person at 12:45 on July 18 for one hour over the lunch period (when there are no other panels).  We will meet in the  SJ1 102 room at Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).  As part of the information for that meeting, I also attach the minutes from the 2021 virtual RC 46 Business Meeting prepared by RC46 Secretary Dr. Samuel Okunade.

At this time I would also like to thank Vice Chair Dr. Tanya Herring and Board Members Drs. Willem Maas, Samuel Okunade, Marta Pachocka and Said Saddiki for their hard work with me on the RC46 panels (both virtual and in-person) for the 2023 IPSA World Congress.  It is a very exciting and full program, and speaks to the tremendous and multidimensional interest in the discipline on matters pertaining to migration and citizenship.

I look forward to the prospect of seeing many of you on site (or virtually) in the days ahead!  For those going to Buenos Aires happy and safe travels,
